Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Towson, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring smooth organizational workflow.

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional work environment
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff activities
  • Manage office budget, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and other corporate events
  • Manage office space planning and maintenance requirements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate internal and external communication
  • Process and review office invoices and purchase orders

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software systems
  • Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and team leadership
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • 2-year Associate's degree (Required) Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay Range: $24.89- $34.84
