We’re now hiring an Engraving Associate at Victoriaville & Co.

Victoriaville & Co. is a Canadian family-owned company who has been in the funeral business for four generations. We are now the most important casket manufacturer in Canada, and 3rd in North America. Our growth and expansion in the American market brings us to invest in a new manufacturing plant and a commemorative products distribution center in the USA. This position, which is at our distribution center in Twinsburg, OH offers a fantastic opportunity to join an awesome company and supportive team!

Perks of working as an   Engraving Associate:

Pay: Starting at $20.00-$22.00 an hour

Benefits: Begin the 1st day of the month after hiring – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & voluntary offerings

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm no weekends!

Typical day in the life as an Engraving Associate:

• Create/Design proofs based on customer needs using Adobe Illustrator &/or CorelDraw.
• Personalizing products with Laser or Diamond Drag engraving equipment.
• Communicating with customers regarding their engraving orders.
• Managing time to assure that the engraved product ships to arrive based on a deadline.
• Assist in daily shipping activities when necessary.
• Packing and shelving stock when necessary.
• Assist in preparing boxes, labeling and inventory.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

• Requires experience in engraving or familiarity with a vector-based software, i.e. Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.
• Able to learn procedures.
• Basic design experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a small team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• General Knowledge of MS Office suite and easiness with computer systems
