Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant (Bilingual is a plus!)

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person and smile a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. We would love to add someone to our team who has a fun and friendly personality and sales/leasing experience!

PAY: $15-17 an hour plus commission $75 per move-in and renewal commissions up to $100 per resident at Chestnut ridge-GREAT COMMISSIONS! (no cap on commissions)

SCHEDULE: Weekdays are 8-5, Saturday 8-2, every Sunday off

WORK LOCATION: Split between Dove Creek and Chestnut Ridge Apartments (Monarch Owned and Managed)

What You Will be Doing:

  • Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
  • Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
  • Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
